Refund and return policy
RETURNS
Flaggora customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to make a return. To initiate the returns process, please submit a request via the contact form on our website or send an e-mail directly to info@flaggora.com indicating your order number.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Items must be returned in their original, complete condition (including packaging, accessories and instructions). The customer may be held liable in the event of deterioration of the item during return, which could potentially invalidate the right of withdrawal.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend the use of a returns service that allows you to track your package to avoid any disagreements regarding receipt of the returned item.
DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING ITEMS
If an item is received faulty or not in conformity, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include a detailed description and photos of the defects to info@flaggora.com. Claims made after 48 hours may be refused.
EXCLUSIONS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. If your order included a gift item (for example, due to a special promotion or shipping error), and you are returning items for which you received a gift, you must also return the gift item.
REFUND PROCEDURE
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 10 business days following receipt of the returned item.
